Refund policy
100% refund if a customer wants to cancel an order and the order has not yet been assigned to a writer
70% refund if the customer cancels an order that had already been assigned to a writer and more than half of the original deadline has passed. In this case, the writer has already started working on the order and therefore deserves to be compensated for the work done.
50% refund if a customer cancels an order that has already been assigned to a writer and more than half of the deadline has passed. In this case, there is the possibility that the writer has done much of the work for the order and therefore deserves to be compensated.
In the occurrence of double payments for an order, the customer is entitled to a 100% for the subsequent payment.
In the occurrence that a customer places identical orders, the amount of refund is dependent on the following factors
1.100% refund if the second order is cancelled before it is assigned to a writer.
2.70% discount if the second order has already been assigned to a writer and less than half of the deadline is remaining.
3.50% discount if the second order has already been assigned to a writer and more than half of the deadline has passed.
4.NO refund if the second order has been completed by the writer and approved by the customer.
If we do not find a writer for your paper, we issue a 100% refund for the order
In the occurrence that we fail to deliver an order under the stipulated deadline by the customer; let’s say a customer wants a paper in 3 hours and it is delivered in 6 hours. If the customers approve the order, they shall be billed under the subsequent time frame and will be entitled to a refund under the new pricing policy.
